To strengthen our management team we are looking, immediately or by arrangement, for an entrepreneurial, analytically strong personality with leadership experience.
Your tasks
In this key position you take overall responsibility for finance and accounting and are the direct contact for the management on all financial matters.
- Professional and personnel leadership of finance and accounting
- Overall responsibility for financial accounting, including receivables and payables
- Preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual accounts under Swiss accounting standards
- Forward-looking liquidity planning and active cash management
- Responsibility for tax returns and professional cooperation with authorities and external partners
- Leading the budgeting and financial planning process
- Preparing meaningful reports, analyses and decision papers for the management
- Developing and improving processes, systems and internal controls
- Close cooperation with internal departments and with external auditors and advisers
Your profile
- Completed further training as a finance and accounting specialist with a federal diploma, or a comparable higher qualification
- Several years of professional experience in finance and accounting, ideally in a leading role in an SME
- Sound knowledge of Swiss accounting standards and tax law
- A strong affinity for figures combined with strategic and entrepreneurial thinking
- Leadership ability, assertiveness and a pronounced hands-on attitude
- Very good MS Office skills and experience with accounting software (SAP)
- Confident written and spoken German; French an advantage
