1. Regular cut or fine cut?
French Fries, Regular Cut (item no. 5100100) is the classic side for snack bars and restaurants. French Fries, Fine Cut (item no. 5100200) is the thinner cut. Composition, ingredients and preparation are the same; your menu and your guests decide which cut fits.
2. How are the fries prepared?
According to the data sheet: deep-fry the frozen product at 170 °C for approx. 4–5 minutes. The fries are individually quick frozen (IQF) and can be taken out by the portion. In the fryer they get a crispy crust with a fine, slightly floury inside.
3. What is in them?
Potatoes and vegetable oils (rapeseed, sunflower). The data sheet lists no allergens requiring declaration and the properties “vegan” and “vegetarian”. They also go with vegan dishes such as PIYA Plant Kebab.
